At the entrance to Aibahama Park, where one of the main stages, the Aibahama Park Stage, was set up, a panel commemorating the 30th anniversary of Machi★Asobi was installed.



Even before the venue opened, a long line of people had formed in front of the main gate.

◆Airport anime takeover

◆Opening Ceremony
The opening ceremony was hosted by Yuma Takahashi and Tokushima Anime Ambassador Eriko Nakamura, who introduced the guests. The guests who took the stage were Hiroshi Matsuyama from CyberConnect2 Inc., Yoshiyuki Hirai from America Zarigani, Noritaka Kawaguchi from CoMix Wave Films Inc., Yukio Koyama from Animate Inc., producer Takahiro Yamanaka, and Machi★Asobi organizer and lawyer Daisuke Okeda.



To commemorate the 30th anniversary, the opening ceremony included a look back at past Machi★Asobi events. The shirt that Nakamura is wearing was made at

the indigo dyeing experience event at Machi★Asobi vol.20.



The memorable photos also include a picture of

her dressed as a one-day station master at Machi★Asobi vol.10.



Also appearing as the second ambassador was

Mikiha from Spira Spica , who serves as the Awa Tokushima Tourism Ambassador. As both are ambassadors related to Tokushima, the two appeared in outfits featuring green, inspired by sudachi citrus, and blue, inspired by indigo dyeing.



◆ 'Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance' Machi★Asobi Special Stage
A special stage event was held for 'Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha EXCEEDS Gun Blaze Vengeance,' a brand new anime that follows the two-part theatrical film series of 'Nanoha.' The event featured appearances by Anzaki Tachibana (voice of Shiina Kuze), Asaki Yukikawa (voice of Towa Yoruumi), and Haruna Aoki (voice of Yuzu Koji).

◆Introduction event for 'KitaCon,' a subculture event in respect to Machi★Asobi, to be held in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido.
The subculture event 'Kita-Con' will be held in Kitahiroshima City, Hokkaido on November 14th and 15th, 2026. Koichi Terasaka, the organizer of Kita-Con, has announced the event details, so I've summarized them here.

◆ 'Medalist' Special Stage at Machi★Asobi
At the special stage for the anime ' Medalist ,' Takeo Otsuka, who plays the role of Michiji Akiura, and Natsumi Haruse, who plays the role of Inori Kessoku, took the stage. The theatrical film version of 'Medalist' will be released in 2027.



◆ 'Mahoutsukai no Yoru' Special Stage at Machi Asobi
Haruka Tomatsu, who plays Aoko Aozaki, and Yusuke Kobayashi, who plays Soujurou Shizuki, from the anime 'Mahoutsukai no Yoru' (Witch on the Holy Night), which will be released in theaters in 2026, appeared on stage. A video message from Kana Hanazawa, who plays Arisu Kuonji, was also shown.

◆Anime 'Demon Slayer' Stage
