Meta has announced that it will add an 'Insights feature' to Threads. The Insights feature is 'a tool for creators and businesses to better understand their followers and measure the performance of their posts,' and will provide access to a variety of information, such as the number of views, replies, reposts, and quotes of content, as well as the number of followers over time, and demographic information such as the age, gender, and location of followers.
The insights feature allows users to better understand their target audience and create content that is tailored to them, and by viewing performance metrics for each post, users can understand what type of content works best and optimize their future posting strategies.
Threads will also add a 'multiple drafts feature,' allowing users to save up to 100 drafts. Meta says that 'working on multiple ideas at the same time will make the creative process smoother.' It also allows users to create multiple versions of content and choose the best one, or post at the best time, giving them the flexibility to do so.
In addition, a 'scheduling feature' that allows you to specify the date and time of posting content is also being considered. This is a feature that allows you to create posts in advance and set them to be published at a specified date and time. It seems that you can schedule multiple posts per day and reserve them up to several days in advance.
According to Meta, the insights feature and multiple drafts feature are 'Starting to roll out,' and are already being offered on a trial basis to some users. Also, the schedule feature is 'will begin testing soon,' so testing has yet to begin. Both features will be offered on the web version first, and will be considered for deployment on the mobile version at a later date.
