Access the Neccosurfing site and click on the image in the center.

Move to the Chrome extension page, so click 'Add to Chrome'.

A confirmation screen will appear, so click 'Add extension'.

You are now ready. While viewing the page, a cat will appear at the bottom of the screen.

When you move your cursor close to it, it will play around with you. NeccoSurfing has two functions: ``cats appear'' and ``cats play when you bring the cursor close'', but these two points alone were quite soothing. The power of cats is great.

As a result of a survey conducted on X by the creator of NeccoSurfing regarding how to deal with the issue, 72% of the votes were for ``Dare to leave it as is''. It seems unlikely that a cat will appear on Hiroshi Abe's homepage.

It has become clear that there is no way to deal with this (this is currently under consideration)

However, it is almost exclusively implemented by Hiroshi Abe. It's barren. I want to avoid as much as possible the cat becoming unstable due to the side effects of Hiroshi Abe.
