Yoroken's 'Furutsu Daifuku', where you can enjoy Daifuku with whole Kyoho and sweet Daifuku covered with melon, was a convincing taste that many Gifu citizens recommend.

Yoroken, a confectionery shop with its main store in Gifu Prefecture, sells “ Frutsu Daifuku ”, which is stuffed with cream and fruits such as Kyoho grapes, strawberries, and melons. When I asked people from Gifu Prefecture, 'What are the recommended Gifu souvenirs?' Saw.

Yoroken has its main store in Kawabe-cho, Kamo-gun, Gifu Prefecture, but this time I went to the Asty Gifu store inside JR Gifu Station.

The appearance of Yoroken Asty Gifu store looks like this.

Daifuku with Kyoho grapes and Daifuku with

chestnut kinton, a Gifu specialty , are lined up in the showcase.

This time I bought 3 types of Daifuku and brought them home.

There are three types of Daifuku that I bought: ' Matchari ' (upper left), ' Whole Kyoho Daifuku ' (upper right), and ' Kanjuku Melon Daifuku ' (bottom).

The package of 'Whole Kyoho Daifuku' looks like this.

The fabric is pale purple with white powder on the surface.

If you cut it in half and observe the cross section, you can see that a large Kyoho grape is wrapped in dough and cream. In addition, you can see purple bean paste at the bottom of Kyoho.

When you eat it, you can feel the flavor of grapes not only from the Kyoho grapes inside, but also from the fabric, making you feel like you are eating a huge grape. Every time I chewed Kyoho, the juice overflowed, and I enjoyed the combination of moderate acidity of Kyoho and sweetness of cream.

Next, I will eat 'Matchari'.

The fabric is dark green, and the green powder sprinkled on the surface is Ibi Matcha from Gifu Prefecture.

White cream and adzuki beans are wrapped inside.

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a slight bitterness from the Ibi matcha sprinkled on the surface, and the sweetness of the dough and cream combined to create a bitter and sweet adult taste. However, overall it is sweet but strong, so I wanted to enjoy it with matcha or green tea.

Finally, I will eat 'Kanjuku Melon Daifuku'.

The dough is white, and the powder sprinkled on the surface is also white. It looks like Daifuku, which is nothing special, but ...

When cut in half, the red and green melons will appear.

When you eat it, the melon has a very rich taste and aroma, and every time you chew it, Juwajuwa and sweet juice will seep out. As with the Marugoto Kyoho Daifuku, the combination of fruit and cream made me feel like I was holding a large melon in my mouth. There is a big gap between the appearance and the taste when you take it out of the package, so you can hide the package and offer it to your family and friends as a surprise.

In addition, `` Marugoto Kyoho Daifuku '' is sold for 259 yen including tax for a limited time from July to October, `` Matchari '' is sold throughout the year for 259 yen including tax, and `` Kanjuku Melon Daifuku '' is 355 yen including tax. Limited time sale from July 2nd to July 29th.

In addition to Gifu, Yoroken also has stores in Nagoya and Osaka. In addition, various products can be purchased at the following online shops.
