Daylight saving time in the United States begins at 2:00 am on the second Sunday of March and ends at 2:00 am on the first Sunday of November. On the start date, move the clock hands forward by 1 hour to 3:00 am on the start date, and set the clock to move back one hour to 1:00 am on the end date at 1:59 am.
Basically, daylight saving time is introduced to make effective use of daylight hours, but the United States and EU have a wide range, so this purpose does not make any sense in some areas. In response to such research reports, there is a move in the EU to end daylight saving time. And on August 27, 2020, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine also issued a statement calling for the end of daylight saving time.
``Permanently maintaining standard time throughout the year is the best choice to match our circadian sleep/wake cycle,'' said Adeel Rishi, sleep statement specialist at the Mayo Clinic, lead author of the statement. 'Summer time wakes up in the dark in the morning and goes to bed in the light of the night, impeding the body's natural rhythm.'

According to a survey conducted by the American College of Sleep Medicine in July 2020, 63% were willing to abolish daylight saving time, and 11% opposed it. According to a 2019 survey, 55% of adults in the United States said they were “tired” about changes in their daily rhythms due to changes in daylight saving time.
