'Claude in PowerPoint,' which uses AI to automatically operate PowerPoint, is now available with the Pro plan

Anthropic offers ' Claude in PowerPoint ' as an extension for PowerPoint. Until now, Claude in PowerPoint was only available to users of the Max, Team, and Enterprise plans, but as of February 20, 2026, it will also be available to users of the Pro plan.

Claude in PowerPoint is a PowerPoint extension released on February 5, 2026, at the same time as the announcement of Claude Opus 4.6 , and can be downloaded from the Microsoft Marketplace .

With Claude in PowerPoint, users can automatically generate slides using natural language commands. Claude recognizes existing slide layouts, fonts, colors, and more, and generates slides that match the user's style. It can also create charts, flowcharts, and other elements based on bullet points. Charts and other elements are output using PowerPoint's functions rather than as individual images, allowing users to edit the values and layout.

Anthropic also offers 'Claude in Excel (formerly known as Claude for Excel)' for users of the Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise plans.
