'Balanc3d' is a free-to-play browser game that is a super simple version of the classic ball rolling game 'Ballance'

'

Ballance ' is a famous game in which you roll a ball around a stage spread across a 3D space and aim for the goal, and in 2024 it was relaunched on Steam and GOG.com , which became a hot topic . Similar to Ballance, ' Balanc3d ', a game in which you move a ball around a 3D space and aim for the goal, was released for free, so I tried playing it.

First, you start with the first course. The controls are very simple, just use the WASD or arrow keys to move the ball up, down, left and right.

You clear the stage by rolling the ball to the location marked 'finish.'

Once you have cleared the level, click on 'next' to proceed to the next stage.

The second stage begins. The second stage has almost the same structure, except that the walls on the sides of the stage that prevent the ball from falling have been removed.

Similarly, move the ball to 'finish' to clear the level.

The third level has a zigzag pattern that makes it a bit complicated.

From the fourth level onwards, a moving floor appears, making the level slightly more difficult.

The fifth floor has two moving floors.

On level 6, a moving stick appears and tries to knock the ball down.

In level 7, there are three moving floors. It is up to the player to decide whether to use the moving floors to take a shortcut or to use a narrow but stationary path. Balanc3d has no time limit and no score change depending on the clear time, so you can play slowly without any problems.

The difficulty increases dramatically on the eighth level, where you have to play carefully on stages with roads that have no walls.

If you drop the ball, you will lose one of your three remaining lives and be sent back to the start.

If you fail three times, you will be sent back to level 1. Balanc3d does not have any save points, so you will have to start over from level 1 and complete the game again, which is hellish.

Here's a video of how to play Balanc3d. This game is free to play, so if you're interested, please give it a try.
