This is what it looks like when you access the site. First, click 'Install to home screen' to install the site as an app.

A confirmation screen will be displayed, so click 'Install'.

The app has been added to your desktop. It will start automatically the first time, but from next time onwards, double-click this icon to start it.

When I started the app, a screen appeared that allowed me to test various functions. Click on 'Media capture'.

Media capture is a feature that allows you to use your device's camera and microphone. Click on the movie mark.

You will be asked for permission to access the camera, so click 'Allow'.

We have confirmed that you can safely use the camera function. Controls on the bottom left allow you to turn off the camera, switch between front and rear cameras, and record. To end the test, press the power mark button on the right end of the control.

If you try to use a feature that is not supported on your device, you will receive the message 'This feature is not (yet) supported on your device.'
