“Apple TV+”, “Apple News+”, and “Apple Arcade” price increases
In the United States and some European countries, usage fees for Apple's subscription services ``Apple TV +'', ``Apple Arcade'', ``Apple News +'', etc. have increased. The new pricing structure will take effect immediately for new subscribers and for existing users from their next renewal date 30 days later.

The new usage fees for Apple TV+, Apple Arcade, and Apple News+ announced by Apple on October 25, 2023 are below. Please note that the subscription service ``Apple News+'', which allows you to read unlimited magazines and newspapers at the time of article creation, is not available in Japan.

According to Apple, this price change will be effective immediately for new subscribers to each subscription. Additionally, for users who are already using the service, it will be applied from the next billing 30 days after the announcement on October 25, 2023. Apple says the reason for this price change is ``to provide the best experience for our users by adding high-quality content and innovative features to these services.''
Foreign media CNBC said, ``These subscription services are extremely profitable, and in the third quarter of 2023, Apple's flagship product iPhone will generate $39.67 billion (approximately 6 trillion yen). It generated revenue of $21.21 billion (approximately 3.2 trillion yen), second only to Japan.
Regarding this price change, an Apple spokesperson said, ``This price change applies in the United States and some international markets.'' Please note that at the time of writing this article, Japan is not included in this price revision.
