'Firefox 109' official release, Manifest V3 enabled by default

The operation of Cmd + trackpad and Cmd + mouse wheel on macOS has been changed from conventional zoom to page scrolling. This avoids erroneous operations such as accidentally zooming while trying to scroll, and also matches the behavior of other browsers such as Safari and Chrome. Colorways , which was available for a limited time from Firefox 106, has been removed. If you have saved your active Colorways, they will still be accessible via the 'Add-ons and Themes' menu option.

◆ Firefox View function added
Firefox View 's Recently Closed Tabs section now allows users to manually close or remove URL links from the list. We've also updated the empty state message and graphic components that appear in the Tab Pickup in the Other Devices section and the Recently Closed Tabs section to improve the user experience.

Firefox 109 also includes 10 security bug fixes .
