Arrived at Matsuya. Near the entrance, there was a goodwill and a POP that appealed to the spicy keema beef.



This time, I ordered a side dish of Spicy Keema Gyumeshi and brought it home.



If you order Spicy Keema Gyumeshi for takeout, it comes with a raw egg.



The spicy keema beef bowl has a two-tiered structure, with ingredients on the top and white rice on the bottom.



Looking at the ingredients nearby, it looks like this. Green onions and keema curry are on top of beef rice ingredients.

When I try to eat it, the keema curry is spicy on its own, but when combined with beef and white rice, it has an overall sweet and spicy taste. Keema curry contains a large amount of minced meat, and by eating it together with beef rice ingredients, your mouth will be filled with the umami of meat. The hot days continued and my appetite was attenuated, but I was able to eat it with the spicyness of Keema Curry.

When you eat Spicy Keema Gyumeshi mixed with eggs, the overall taste changes to mild. I was able to eat it without getting tired of it because of the taste change due to the egg and the crunchy texture of the green onion that I sometimes felt.
