First kitchen 'classic fried shrimp burger' tasting review with fried shrimp layered and sandwiched between hamburgers

While hamburgers with shrimp cutlets are the mainstream, ' Classic fried shrimp burgers ' with fried shrimp sandwiched between buns have appeared in the first kitchen from Thursday, September 16, 2021. I actually bought and tried the classic fried shrimp burger, which is said to have added Japanese flavor by adding soy sauce to the fried shrimp flour.

Arrived at the first kitchen.

This time, I bought 'Classic Shrimp Fried Burger Mio' and 'Classic Shrimp Fried Burger Goo' at takeout.

The wrapping paper is the same, but they are labeled 'CL-E3' and 'CL-E5' respectively.

When I opened it, there was no big difference at first glance ...

Seen from the side, the classic fried shrimp burger Goo (right) had two tiers of fried shrimp and was quite tall. When I measured it, the three classic fried shrimp burgers were about 6 cm high, and the five classic fried shrimp burgers were more than 7 cm high.

I removed the buns of the classic fried shrimp burger Mio. The structure is that tartar sauce, sliced onion, pickles, sliced tomatoes, lettuce, and fried shrimp are sandwiched between the buns.

First of all, I will eat Mio.

I thought it would be difficult to eat ... but the fried shrimp fits snugly between the buns, and the fried shrimp is crispy, so only the fried shrimp comes out at the moment of chewing. …… It's unexpectedly easy to eat. The batter is well seasoned and the seasoning is simply tartar sauce, so you can enjoy the royal fried shrimp without any strangeness.

On the other hand, the classic fried shrimp burger Goo is in a state where the two-tiered fried shrimp is somehow balanced, so it is a little difficult to taste it from top to bottom with a bite. The taste is the same as that of Mio, but it is a burger that gives you the unusual experience of 'filling your mouth with many fried shrimp at the same time.' The combination of the crispy texture of chopped onions and lettuce in tartar sauce and the crispy fried shrimp made it possible to enjoy the texture.

The classic fried shrimp burger Mio is 590 yen including tax, and the classic fried shrimp burger Goo is 840 yen including tax.
