Arrived at the first kitchen.

The first classic burger was appealing at the store.

I ordered the first classic burger (550 yen including tax), classic cheese burger (590 yen including tax), and classic bacon egg burger (590 yen including tax).

The size of the buns is the same for all three, and the diameter is about the long side of a transportation IC card.

First Classic Burger looks like this. Patty is one size bigger than Buns, and it protrudes vigorously.

Inside are pickles and onions, tomatoes, lettuce and patties. Cheese sauce and ketchup are painted.

When you try it right away, the texture of the crispy patties in the fluffy buns accentuates it. The aftertaste is refreshing and fresh without the freshness of the crispy vegetables. However, the flavor of the cheese sauce and ketchup was strong, and the flavor of the burnt soy sauce and kelp was not felt much.

Classic cheeseburger looks like this. On the lettuce that protrudes from the buns, you can see a crispy baked cheese plate sandwiched.

Cheddar cheese melted out between lettuce.

Turn over the buns and the cheese plate on top of the ingredients. Especially what seems to be a sauce is not painted.

Under the cheese plate are onions, lettuce and patties. Melted cheddar cheese is sandwiched between patty and lettuce. In addition, soy sauce-based sauce was applied, and the fragrant smell of soy sauce drifted softly.

When I try to eat it, the crunchy texture of the cheese plate and patty and the crunchy texture of the lettuce stimulate my appetite. Also, the sweetness of the onion matches the firm saltiness of the cheddar cheese. The sauce applied to the patty was characteristic of soy sauce and sesame aroma, and the classic cheeseburger was certainly a perfect menu as a 'Japanese style cheeseburger'.

Classic bacon egg burger looks like this. You can see the turnover fried egg and bacon.

The ingredients are onion, bacon, fried egg, and patty from the top.

When you try it, you can feel the smell of bacon and grilled onion. The egg and cheese sauce make it a rather rich flavor, and the sauce is based on soy sauce. The classic bacon egg burger is a dish that has a rich but somewhat Japanese atmosphere.
