At the store, there was a banner that appealed to the Oyakodon lunch box with rich cheese.



That's why I bought the take-out menu, Oyakodon bento with rich cheese (normal serving, 590 yen including tax) and Oyakodon bento with sweet and spicy cheese (normal serving, 590 yen including tax) and came back.



The container for the Oyakodon lunch box with rich cheese is separate. Looking at the ingredients, it is covered with melted cheese.



The rich cheese oyakodon lunch box also came with a pouch containing garlic pepper.



Place the ingredients on top of the rice and sprinkle with garlic pepper.



When you try it, you can feel the umami of the soup stock added to the fluffy eggs, but the umami taste peculiar to cheese that melts more than that is claimed. Before I ate it, I was wondering if cheese and Japanese-style soup stock would go well with each other, but the egg flavor kept the balance. The spicy stimulus of garlic pepper and the scent of garlic accentuate the taste, which is a mixture of Japanese and Western styles.



Next, I will eat Oyakodon bento with sweet and spicy cheese.
