Around 6:30 am on April 2nd, Japan time, Microsoft's system failure occurred and Microsoft services including Skype, Xbox Live, Bing, etc. stopped. This problem was resolved at around 10:50, and Microsoft reported that there was a problem with DNS, but it is said that it is investigating the cause in detail.

At 6:39, Microsoft Azure first reported the issue. Various systems of Microsoft Azure failed, making it difficult to access.
Microsoft began investigating the cause as a surge in traffic to the DNS server and reported that it 'solved the problem' at around 10:50.

Net service operation status If you check the DownDetector shared by users, you can see that reports of service outages are increasing rapidly from around 6:20 on Microsoft , Xbox Live, etc.
