'Mapo tofu [medium spicy]' is for 3 servings x 2 times for a total of 6 servings, and 'Golden mapo tofu for a limited time' can be made for 3 to 4 servings in one package.



In the raw material column of 'Mapo tofu [medium spicy]' (above), 'chicken' and 'doubanjiang' are listed, as well as 'green onion' and 'garlic powder'. 'Toromi powder' containing garlic is also written. Prepare the ingredients at once. The ingredients for 'Mapo tofu [medium spicy]' are 1 tofu, and the ingredients for 'Golden mapo tofu for a limited time' are 1 tofu and green onions. It is said that half of the green onions are needed in the long onions, but this time I used chopped green onions.

When using Mapo tofu, measuring water or dissolving it in a small container of tofu powder will increase the labor and washing, but for a limited time, 'Golden mapo tofu' contains a seasoning sauce. I felt that it was also a point to be able to make different mapo tofu more easily.



Next, we will make 'Mapo tofu base [medium spicy]'. Inside the package were two sets of mapo tofu and two sets of tofu powder.



After cutting the tofu as before, dissolve the tofu powder well in 2 tablespoons of water ...



Put tofu, 180 ml of water, and mapo tofu in a frying pan.



After boiling over medium heat, turn off the heat ...



Turn in the tromi powder.



Heat it over medium heat again and simmer until it gets simmered.
