I tried to make 3 kinds of dishes using 'Mizkan Easy Vinegar Lemon' which can easily increase the variation of the taste of the dish with one bottle

Ingredients include fructose-glucose liquid sugar, brewed vinegar, and lemon juice.



When I licked it, it didn't have a vinegar scent like a tongue, but it had a nice scent like honey lemon along with sweetness and saltiness. Although vinegar has a slightly sharp and mild taste, it is not something that can be drunk as it is, so I will cook using this.



◆ 2: Pork saute with lemon flavor
Since the recipe using Mizkan Easy Vinegar Lemon is published on the official website of Mizkan, first we will make it for two people by referring to the following recipe.

You will need flour, salt, olive oil, pepper, easy vinegar lemon, pork for pork cutlet, and cherry tomatoes for garnish.



First, sprinkle salt and pepper on the surface of the pig and sprinkle the surface with flour.



Next, bake the pork on medium heat in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and turn it over when it becomes brown.

Even though you haven't done anything special, it creates a complex taste, so it seems to be useful when you want to change a dish with a monotonous taste.



◆ 3: Fresh pickles of zucchini and cherry tomatoes
I was able to fill my stomach with meat, but I didn't have enough vegetables ... so I'm going to make fresh pickles quickly. I used the following recipe.

You will need easy vinegar lemon, 1/4 yellow paprika, 1/3 zucchini, and 4 cherry tomatoes.



Cut the yellow paprika and zucchini into 5mm widths.



Make a few holes in the cherry tomatoes with a toothpick.



Put zucchini and yellow paprika in a zippered storage bag, then add 100 ml of easy vinegar lemon and knead well.



After kneading, add cherry tomatoes, deflate, close the bag and leave for 30 minutes.



After 30 minutes, put it on a plate and it's done.



When I tried it, the acidity of the vinegar was more pronounced than the pork saute because it was not heated. However, it has a softer finish that is sweeter than vinegar itself, and the scent of lemon is refreshing. The sourness of vinegar and lemon counteracted the bitterness of raw vegetables and made it easier to eat, while maintaining the crisp texture of the vegetables.



◆ 4: Stir-fried chicken and zucchini with lemon
Finally, try a slightly elaborate recipe. We will make the following recipe to bake meat and vegetables soaked in easy vinegar lemon.

We will prepare simple vinegar lemon, chicken thigh 280g, 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 onion, and arabiki black pepper.



First of all, make preparations in advance. Cut chicken thighs into pieces that are easy to eat.



Cut the zucchini into 5mm thick pieces.



Cut the onions into combs.



Put chicken thighs, zucchini and onions in a zippered storage bag and add 4 tablespoons of easy vinegar lemon.



Remove the air, close the lid, put it in the refrigerator and leave it for at least half a day.

Put the ingredients in the frying pan without heating, cover and

heat on medium heat for about 3 minutes.



When the surface of the chicken becomes whitish, remove the lid and

heat it over medium heat .



When the juice is gone, reduce the heat, brown and fry until the whole is golden brown.



Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with black pepper to complete.



When you eat a bite, it tastes light vinegar and has a faint lemon scent. The chicken was very tender, probably because it had been soaked in vinegar for a long time, and the taste was firmly absorbed in the inside. Zucchini and onions have a sweet taste with no odor.
