New function 'Fleet' landing in Japan where tweet content disappears in 24 hours

'Fleet' is a new method of communication on Twitter, which differs from conventional tweets, replies, and DMs in that 'posted content is only displayed for 24 hours.' In other social networks, it's similar to Instagram's story feature.

Twitter will start testing this 'fleet' in Brazil in March 2020.
