The second item is "Chile Club & Chilliprowin (with Bunsu)" served as one dish of the set menu of the meal.

Chicken is soft and juicy. You can feel umami of chicken.


Under the chicken you can see the fragrant jasmine rice cooked inside the store.


When eating, the soup of chicken umami is soaked in. Saratoga long grain rice makes you feel Singapore.


I will add dark soy sauce and chili sauce and eat it.


When you eat it with dark soy sauce, sweetness and aroma are added to the umami of chicken.


Chilli sauce is a bitter taste even with a little bit of hardiness, but you can add punch to chicken rice.


Next is "beef black rice". Item with jasmine rice mixed with dark soy sauce of Singapore plus thick Angus sirloin steak.


Beef black rice is served as a set together with "Singapore Fair Salad" and "Chili Club & Chilliprown (with Bun)" as the main item at "Beef Black Rice ZEN" (3002 yen including tax).
