According to the news media Axios, Google HireGreenhouseYaLeverIt is regarded as a recruitment management tool like that, and companies seeking human resources are considered to be able to manage applicant information by posting job information on Google Hire. It seems that some IT companies already test and use Google Hire.

In 2015, Google is a major software company in the United States "VMwareWe are acquiring Dibe Green's startup company, Bebop, who is also one of the founders of the company. Mr. Green currently serves as the top of Google's enterprise and cloud divisions, and Google Hire is considered to have started as Mr. Green's latest project.
