I ate a ramen "sinker" which was exquisitely collaborated with clams and chicken white water with strike eaves

In the strike owner of a ramen shop located in Kita Ward, Osaka City, you can eat ramen called "sinker" which has soup of scallops and clams effective. As for sinker, chicken white water is the base of soup, and since the flavor of shellfish and chicken is unique ramen, I tried it actually.

I came to the strike shop near Tenjinbashi 5 - chome in Kita Ward, Osaka city.


Enter a store and buy a ticket. This time we will eat sinker of 830 yen including (tax included) and shimeji mesh of 80 yen including tax.


There were table and counter seats in the shop, and when we visited there was full.


Signs of sports athletes and celebrities were decorated with slurry on the wall.


I will sit in the counter seat and give me a ticket to the clerk.


A sinker was brought before we could wait for less than five minutes.


The sinker features white cloudy soup that seems to be chicken white water and clams of ingredients.


Fried onions are also topped.


First, I will drink it from the soup. Sinker's soup is thick enough to feel thickening, and when you drink a bite scallops and clams, and chicken umami and richness spread into your mouth.


Whether it is using chicken's breast meat or roast chicken, there is almost no greasy feeling and the texture is moist. For rich soup, chicken roasted chisud is perfect.


The clams of ingredients are not big, but the chicken white soup spoiled by the rust is coming out.


Noodles are medium in size and intertwine well with thick soup. While sipping noodles, occasionally eating soup while eating, it feels like eating clam chowder and stew.


After finishing eating all the noodles, the clerk brought a shime mashi.
