"Toggl" which can easily calculate the day-to-day activities by PC and smartphone free of charge for aggregation

You can register a new task on the page where login is completed and displayed. Fill in the task name in the column labeled "What are you working on?" And click "Go!".

◆ Creating a project

When the creation of the project is completed, you can return to the task list screen and set the project from the side of the task name.


In this way, as you set up items and projects each time the task finishes one after another, at the end of the day the list of the work you did on that day is completed. At the bottom of the page, a bar chart showing the task ratio for that week was already displayed.

◆ Aggregate and look back on action
If you continue your daily task record as described above, you can compile your work later and look back. Click "Reports" at the top of the page.


Tasks in the past week are tabulated, pie graphs and lists are displayed, and you can see on the list how much time you spent on what you did in that week. Aggregation can be done on a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly basis, and it is also possible to narrow down the items to be displayed, so it was possible to verify the data in detail.
