Exmor RS is a newly developed CMOS image sensor that adopts its own stacked structure. Three models of small size autofocus / imaging modules "IU135F3-Z" "IU134F9-Z" "IUS014F-Z" equipped with a lens unit with auto focus mechanism mounted on these image sensors will be commercialized, In the case of IU134F9-Z adopting the 2.2 high-resolution lens, the size is 8.5 mm × 8.5 mm × 4.2 mm. These imaging modules realize high resolution by adopting a newly designed lens optimized for the smallest 1.12 μm unit pixel in the industry.
