Jointly developed by JT and Ozeki, carbonated drink made from rice "taste of Japanese material manufacturing rice" tasting review

Carbonated drink · Japanese material workshop "rice making" which used "rice flour saccharified liquid" which added enzymes to rice flour to saccharify the starch was on sale, so I bought it and drank it. This is JTOzeki CorporationIt is a jointly developed beverage that is being released as the second series of Japanese material factory series using Japanese materials. It is unlikely that carbonated beverages made from rice are likely, but what kind of drinks were completed in collaboration with sake makers at all?

Review from below.
As the second series of Japanese material factory series using Japanese materials,
A new carbonated drinks material studio that makes use of the taste of rice "Rice-making"

Japanese material workshop "Making rice", it is 147 yen in 410 ml.

It was jointly developed by Otsuka Corporation and JT, which is known as CM phrase of "Okasu Ozeki". Because the appearance looks like sake, there is a note of "There is no alcohol."

When enzymes are added to rice flour, rice starch will be saccharified. I made "rice-making" using "rice flour saccharified liquid" that I made. It seems that we use domestic raw materials other than rice flour.

Raw material is sugar, rice flour saccharified solution, flavor, acidulant and simple.

31 kcal per 100 ml.

I poured it into a glass, but I can only see it as a muddy liquor from the image of the label. Rice is chewing and its sweet taste appears smoothly, but it tastes like that sweetness has melted into carbonated bever as it is. The fluffy sweetness spreading softly in your mouth is very kind. It is a wonder that it makes me feel drunk somehow in the atmosphere though it is not alcohol. Also, because the appearance is drinking, it seems to be said that when you are on the desk during work "What are you drinking?"
