The glamping accommodation collaboration project 'A Journey of Stars and Bonfires, Weaving Memories' between the TV anime 'Frieren: Beyond Journey's End' and 'THE FARM,' a farm resort in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture, began on July 17th, 2026 (Friday). The event will run until October 16th (Friday), with the entire glamping area and all 32 accommodation units transformed into a collaborative space themed after the anime.

Within the area, there are flowerbeds inspired by the Azure Moon Grass, a statue of 'Hero Himmel,' and a photo spot recreating the scene where Himmel presents Frieren with the 'Mirror Lotus Ring.' There are also replica exhibits where you can pick up and take photos, such as an experience of being eaten by a Mimic, the Dark Dragon's Horn, the Holy Staff's Emblem, and the characters' weapons.
The collaboration rooms will also feature decorations inspired by the Aera meteor shower and items designed with the magic circle of Zoltraak. Bonfires and s'mores making will be held daily around the statue of the hero Himmel, and there are plans to offer gifts exclusively for guests and sell collaboration goods, making it an event where you can relive the journey of the story in nature.

I wish they'd stop depicting the kind of motive often seen in fiction where 'parents or others are forced to commit crimes to pay for the medical treatment of a seriously ill (or injured) person.' While adults might understand this, children don't know about the high-cost medical care system, so they genuinely believe this is how things work. Also, I'm absolutely against any further deterioration of the system! Crimes really do happen because of that motive.
