Claude Community Ambassadors engage in activities such as 'building Claude communities in their local areas,' 'organizing local events such as workshops and hackathons,' 'sharing live demos,' and 'bringing community voices to the Anthropic development team.' While it is desirable for those wishing to become ambassadors to have 'practical experience with Claude Code or Claude Cowork and a track record of community involvement,' they do not need to be software developers.

While there is no compensation for being an ambassador, you can receive API credits to spread awareness of how Claude is being used. You will also be provided with funding for events such as workshops and hackathons, as well as exclusive merchandise.

It is possible to serve as an ambassador for other companies concurrently. However, it is not possible to serve as an ambassador for a company whose core business competes with Anthropic.
