A special video, 'PLUS ULTRA MOVIE 'You Can Become a Hero',' commemorating the 10th anniversary of the TV anime 'My Hero Academia,' was released on 'Hero Day' on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. The video depicts the journey of the protagonist, Izuku Midoriya 'Deku,' who, as a child, was told by All Might, whom he admired, 'You can become a hero,' and his subsequent pursuit of becoming the greatest hero.

The video includes not only memorable scenes from the anime series, but also new footage created specifically for this project. Set to the series' iconic soundtrack, 'You Say Run,' it's a fitting memorial video to commemorate the anime's 10th anniversary, looking back on Deku's growth, his bonds with his friends, and numerous fierce battles.
