Nintendo Switch sales surpass DS to become Nintendo's best-selling game console

Nintendo's sales for the third quarter of 2026 were down 99.3% year-on-year to 1.9058 trillion yen, operating profit was up 21.3% year-on-year to 300.3 billion yen, ordinary profit was up 39.4% year-on-year to 455.8 billion yen, and quarterly net profit was up 51.3% year-on-year to 358.8 billion yen.
