Nintendo has announced its consolidated financial results for the third quarter (October to December) of fiscal year 2024. Consolidated results from the first quarter (April to June) to the third quarter (October to December) of fiscal year 2024 show sales of 1,394.7 billion yen, an increase of 7.7% year on year, and operating income of 1,394.7 billion yen compared to the same period of the previous year. 464.4 billion yen, an increase of 13.1% (operating profit margin 33.3%), ordinary income increased 17.6% year on year to 567.3 billion yen, and net income increased 17.9% year on year to 408.0 billion yen (net profit margin 29.3%).

The breakdown of sales for April to December 2023 is that dedicated game consoles (including hardware, software, and accessories) increased by 4.7% year-on-year to 1,310.9 billion yen, mobile and IP-related revenues, etc. (video content revenues) , billing revenue for smart devices, royalty revenue, etc.) increased by 93.4% year on year to 75.2 billion yen, and other revenue increased by 108.8% year on year to 8.5 billion yen.
