Workspaces with 10 or more people on the Trello free plan will not be able to add new members from April 8, 2024, and workspaces with 11 or more people will be unable to edit and will only be visible from May 20.

It has been found that starting April 8, 2024, workspaces for users of Trello's 'Free Plan' will be limited to a maximum of 10 members, and no more can be invited. Additionally, starting May 20th, workspaces with 11 or more members will no longer be able to edit or delete cards and will be view-only.

The following is a summary of changes that can be made to Trello.

◆From April 8, 2024 (US time):
If your workspace on the Free plan contains 10 or more 'collaborators', you will not be able to add new collaborators. To add collaborators, you must upgrade to a paid plan or reduce the number of collaborators to 9 or less.

◆From May 20, 2024 (US time):
If a workspace on the Free plan includes 11 or more collaborators, the boards in that workspace will be view-only. To edit a board, you must upgrade to a paid plan or reduce the number of collaborators to 10 or less.

Trello's 'collaborators' include regular and guest members of your workspace, as well as members whose accounts have been deactivated but not removed from your workspace.

You can check the number of 'collaborators' by clicking on the 'Members' item in the workspace to which you belong.

Changes have been announced on each Trello page.

Additionally, workspaces with 10 or more collaborators will see a notification that says, 'Starting April 1st, you will no longer be able to add new collaborators to this workspace.'

Trello offers four plans : ``Free'', ``Standard'', ``Premium'', and ``Enterprise''. To relax the number of people limit, you need to subscribe to a standard plan or higher.

In addition, for workspace administrators using the Free plan, features will be added soon to make it easier to manage collaborators in the workspace.
