Previously, clicking the star icon next to the address bar opened the 'Name' and 'Bookmark Folder' editing screen.

However, in the new design, the editing screen is no longer displayed, and instead buttons for 'Done' and 'Edit' are displayed.

The name and folder editing screen appears only after you click Edit.

In 2017, Google replaced the 'Delete' button with the current 'Done' button. Although Google continues to update regularly in this way, it is unclear why they intentionally make updates that make it difficult to use.

Technology blog gHacks pointed out that ``This change is likely to affect power users more than general users.''
