I have eaten 'Spicy Fish Ramen' & 'Spicy Fish Tsukemen' at 'Noodle Shop Inosho' where you can enjoy rich seafood pork bones that are so spicy that you can forget about it, and have confirmed the difference from the cup noodle version

At Mendokoro Inosho, which has stores in Tokyo and Nagoya, you can eat spicy pork bone and spicy seafood ramen and spicy tsukemen. Every year in winter, I eat cup noodles called “

Mendokoro Inosho supervised spicy fish ramen ,” and I always think, “If cup noodles are so delicious, wouldn’t it be even better if you eat them at a physical store?” I have checked the original taste of 'spicy fish ramen' by assaulting the real store of '.

This time, I went to “ Mendokoro Inosho” in the ramen street “Nagoya Mendori” in the basement of Nagoya station.

The entrance of 'Nagoya Ramen Street' looks like this.

Arrived at 'Mendokoro Inosho'.

In addition to 'spicy fish ramen', 'spicy fish tsukemen' was also appealing on the signboard at the entrance.

I lined up in line and was handed the menu at the timing that I could enter the store in a little while, so I ordered 'Spicy fish ramen' and 'Spicy fish tsukemen'. It is said that you can choose a moderate spiciness, but this time I ordered it with normal spiciness instead of modest.

I was guided to my seat.

Vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper are placed on the table.

'Spicy fish ramen' has been brought. Chili peppers are topped in the middle. It was also topped with fish meal hidden in chili peppers.

There is also a large char siu.

First of all, when you drink only the soup, you can feel the pork bones are thicker than the seafood. The rich taste of pork bones covers the spiciness, making it less spicy than it looks.

The noodles are thick noodles and the soup is well entwined. The soup of 'Karakara Gyo Ramen' is so spicy that you can confidently say that it is 'dry', but you can enjoy the flavor of the pork bones and the sweetness of the noodles, making it just a spicy soup. It was a ramen with a depth that could not be put out.

Chili peppers are provided on the table and you can add as many as you like.

A dash of chili peppers boosts the spiciness. Even so, the flavor of pork bones did not disappear, and it turned out that the pork bones were very strong. Although fishmeal is topped, it is quite weak compared to others, so I personally wanted to increase the fishmeal.

Next, I will eat 'spicy fish tsukemen'.

The dipping sauce is topped with fish meal and red pepper.

Only the surface is red, and the bottom of the red layer is milky white.

When you eat it, the taste of seafood and pork bones jumps into your mouth like 'spicy fish ramen'. 'Spicy fish tsukemen' is even weaker than 'spicy fish ramen', and it was so spicy that even people who are not good at spicy ramen can enjoy it. Because it is tsukemen, the temperature when eating is lower than normal ramen, and it may be felt that the spiciness is weak.

A large char siu and menma were sunk at the bottom of the sauce.

Add chili peppers as the spiciness is weak. No matter how much red pepper you add, the taste of pork bones will not be lost, so feel free to pour it on.

After you finish eating the spicy fish tsukemen, you can order the soup for splitting the soup.

If you dilute the taste with the soup, you can enjoy the rich umami of pork bones and seafood.

The cup noodle version looks like this
The package of the cup noodle 'Mensho Inosho supervised spicy fish ramen' looks like this.

A major feature of “Mendokoro Inosho Supervised Spicy Fish Ramen” is that it comes with spicy fish powder as a powdered soup.

By eating it mixed with fishmeal, a strong spiciness and a rich umami spread in your mouth. Compared to the 'spicy fish ramen' I ate at the store, the taste of pork bones is weak, and the taste of seafood is on the front. Also, because the noodles are thinner than the store version, the spiciness of the soup is felt directly without weakening, so the spiciness is felt stronger than the store version.
