I've been eating 'unforgettable Chinese soba' that the next ramen trend created by the king of gyoza

Gyoza no Osho's new product `` Unforgettable Chinese Soba '' has appeared on Saturday, April 1, 2023. I went to eat a product called 'The next ramen trend created by the King of Gyoza' with the catch phrase 'It's nostalgic, but it's the first taste.'

Along with the grand menu, the menu of the new product 'Unforgettable Chinese noodles' was placed.

I thought I'd try and compare how it's different from the conventional 'soy sauce ramen', but I couldn't order 'soy sauce ramen' on the tablet, so it may have been replaced.

'Unforgettable Chinese soba' that was delivered in less than 10 minutes after ordering.

Previously, the char siu in soy sauce ramen was round, but now it's square.

Also, there is no boiled egg, and nori is added instead. Menma and green onions are common.

The soup is highly transparent, and plenty of fat floats on the surface. The taste is as light as it looks.

And the noodles are square and curly noodles, and the firmness remains moderately.

The orthodox appearance emits a light and smooth taste that makes you think, 'This is what soy sauce ramen tastes like.' It is not a ramen specialty store, but the taste is exactly what you would expect from a local Chinese ramen shop. It didn't feel like 'the first taste', but it's definitely a nostalgic taste.

'Unforgettable Chinese soba' is 748 yen including tax. Takeout is 734 yen including tax.
