Apple has long described the iPhone as '99% customer satisfaction' in its financial results announcement, but the new product review site PerfectRec has questioned that 'such a number cannot be found in a normal survey.'

When Apple announced its

financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2023 in May 2023, it quoted figures from a third-party research company, 451 Research, and reported that 'iPhone 14 customer satisfaction is 99%.'

PerfectRec questioned this '99%' figure.

This release revealed that the ice cream company ARCTIC ZERO Fit Frozen Desserts conducted a survey using an independent research company and revealed that 'Americans' ice cream departure is highlighted'.
