Mouse 'MouthPad ^' operated with a mouse (mouth)

For people with handicaps, AUGMENTAL announced a device `` MouthPad ^ '' that can be worn in the mouth like a mouthpiece and can move the mouse pointer with the tongue. MouthPad^ can be connected to a PC or smartphone as a 'Bluetooth mouse' and is scheduled to start shipping in the third quarter of 2023.

MouthPad^ looks like this. The exterior uses dental material class material ' KeySplint Soft ' and is molded with a 3D printer according to the user's tooth profile.

A sensor that detects the movement of the tongue is installed in the center, and you can move the mouse pointer by tracing the sensor part with the tongue. You can also perform a left click by poking the sensor with your tongue, and a right click by swallowing.
