This is the wrapping paper for the 'hashed beef bun' I bought. At the time of writing the article, there are few stores that handle it, and when I inquired, it took 40 minutes to cook, so it seems better to check with the store in advance.

I took out the contents. It looks like a normal Chinese steamed bun.

When I split it in half, I saw a demiglace sauce that was almost black and white sour cream. You can also see the appearance of ingredients such as beef inside, and the smell of demiglace sauce drifts softly.

When you eat a bite, the hashed beef has a thick and sticky finish. It is said that 'special demi sauce made with red wine' is used, but red wine is not on the whole surface, adding complexity and depth to the taste of vegetables and meat, sweetness like fruits. .. The full-fledged flavor of demiglace sauce makes it more luxurious than the image of 'Chinese steamed buns at convenience stores.' The sour cream that I sometimes feel added richness, and the presence of beef was firmly felt, and the satisfaction was high.

Hashed beef buns are on sale at Lawson nationwide except for some stores, and the price is 180 yen including tax.
