The antitrust violation in China is in response to Huawei's allegations against the authorities in 2019, and it will be decided in October 2020 whether a formal investigation will be conducted.

The Chinese government is undergoing a major overhaul of antitrust legislation, including raising the fine limit and expanding the criteria for controlling the market.

Precedents in Europe and India are expected to be consulted when conducting surveys.

In addition to the case in China, it is reported that the Justice Ministry is expected to file an investigation into Google's antitrust violation in the United States from 2019. This is suspected of putting competitors such as Microsoft Bing at a disadvantage by monopolizing user data and search ads. The Justice Department has contacted the Attorney General of Maryland for a signature.
