I've eaten Saizeriya's new autumn menu, such as the intensely addictive 'Lamb Tokinoko Lumberjack' that exudes the umami of fat from lamb meat.
The Italian restaurant Saizeriya has updated its grand menu on September 9, 2020, and started offering a limited-time autumn menu. In this grand menu update, new items such as ' Lamb Tokinoko no Kikori-style ' where you can enjoy the taste of soft lamb and mushrooms and ' Italian gelato ' where you can enjoy the smooth texture when kneaded and eaten have appeared, so actually I tried it.

On the first page of the grand menu, the menus that appeared in the autumn revision are lined up with the catchphrase 'Let's eat various things in autumn'.
At Saizeriya, as a countermeasure against the spread of the new coronavirus infection, a tsuitate was prepared between the tables, and the order was changed to a method of writing a number on the form.
After pressing the doorbell and handing the order form to the clerk, wait while looking at the new spot the difference.
A little over 10 minutes after ordering, the desired 'Mushroom and Pancetta Bosky Aura' and 'Lumberjack Lumberjack Wind' arrived.
First of all, we will eat from ' Lamb Tokinoko Lumberjack Style ' (700 yen including tax).
Lamb meat, mushrooms, and cut tomatoes are laid on top of the dice potatoes spread all over. And on top of that, a garm sauce with vegetables such as chopped garlic and onions was topped.
Every time you chew the lamb meat, the umami of the fat oozes out and you can enjoy the taste of the lamb meat, but there is almost no odor peculiar to lamb meat. It's quite savory, but the umami of the fat is too strong and it's quite addictive.
Not only lamb meat, but also tomatoes and mushrooms have a main level of presence. In particular, when you chew mushrooms, they come out of the soup, and you can still enjoy the taste of a different kind from meat. The fresh tomatoes have a refreshing taste, and the lamb meat makes the mouth refreshing. The spread of dice potatoes was soaked with the rich flavor of lamb meat.
Next is ' Mushroom and Pancetta Bosky Aura ' (500 yen including tax). This menu will be re-appearing from the fall of 2019.

The 'umami' of mushrooms is overwhelming in the bosky aura of mushrooms and pancetta. Not only when you chew mushrooms with different textures, but also from the soy sauce-based sauce, you can feel the overflowing flavor of mushrooms. The umami and saltiness of pancetta and the rich cheese flavor of Pecorino Romano were added as accents.
Also, a new dressing ' Veggie Dressing ' (free of charge) that uses plenty of vegetables was introduced, so I ordered it with a salad.
Veggie dressing is served with plenty of salad. This time, I ordered 'Colorful Italian Salad' (350 yen including tax).
When you eat the part with plenty of veggie dressing, you can feel the slight acidity, saltiness, and umami of vegetables. In addition to olive oil, onions, carrots, and seasonal vegetables are used for veggie dressing, but the taste of the vegetables is integrated, and there is no particular vegetable that stands out. There is almost no oily taste or flavor of olive oil. The overall taste was gentle, and the veggie dressing itself did not insist on the taste, but the impression was that it eliminated the green odor of vegetables and made it easier to eat.
The last is the dessert ' Italian gelato ' (250 yen including tax). Italian gelato itself is a standard menu, but when mixed with ' fruit sauce (cassis & blueberry) ' (100 yen including tax), it will have a 'new taste', so I tried it.
Italian gelato is said to have a mellow texture when kneaded and eaten, so insert a spoon and knead it. It looks soft, but it's much smoother than soft serve ice cream and needs to be kneaded with great force.
When you mix it well and eat it, the taste of milk is very rich. The texture is silky smooth and seems to melt on the tongue.

When I try to eat it, the fruity sweet and sour taste of the berry sauce goes well with the taste of milk. The Italian gelato, which was milky forever, has changed to a refreshing, refreshing and timeless taste.
