Bravo Michipo – Michiri Pudding – with a bittersweet caramel that sandwiches the dense pudding, has a mild adult taste
Lawson's ' Bravo Michipo-Michiri Pudding ', which combines thick pudding with apple and pear jelly, has been available since June 9, 2020. I actually ate it to see how the luxurious sweets consisting of four layers of caramel sauce, pudding, jelly and sponge really tasted.

'Bravo Michipo' is lined up in the refrigerated sweets display shelves.
I bought it and brought it home.
In addition to pudding ingredients such as eggs, milk, and caramel sauce, the ingredients include apples and pears in jelly.
The calorie is written on the bottom and it was 369 kcal per one.

There are 4 layers of caramel jelly and sponge containing apple and pear pulp.
When I tried to eat it, the pudding was very thick as the name suggests. However, the jelly with the bitter taste of caramel has a light taste and neutralizes the thick pudding to a light mouthfeel. Perhaps because the two layers of caramel sandwich the pudding, it is an adult taste with a mild sweetness that can enjoy the slightly bitter caramel flavor than the pudding.
The moist sponge has a gentle sweetness, but its presence is weakened by the pudding and caramel.
The jelly contains crispy, crunchy apples and pear pulp. The flavors of apples and pears were not too strong, adding an accent to the texture of soft pudding and jelly.
'Bravo Michipo-Michiripurin' can be purchased at Lawson nationwide except some stores for 380 yen including tax. Please note that it is not handled by Lawson in the Okinawa area.
