'Moslice burger well-boiled tempura noodles [shrimp and oysters]' tasting review with fried tempura and seafood oysters added to menta sauce

From May 21, 2020 (Thursday) to Moss Burger, `` Moslice Burger Ebi Tenmentai '', which is sandwiched between rice burgers with prawn tempura fried one by one with plenty of Japanese style sauce, and seafood. 'Moslice burger Yokubari Tenmentai flavor [shrimp and oysters] ' is now available. I bought two items at the store like a tempura bowl like a burger and ate it.

A unique combination of typical Japanese food 'Ebi tempura' and 'Mentai taste'! 'Moslice burger shrimp tempura noodles' 'Moslice burger well-boiled tempura noodles [shrimp and oysters]'-Limited time sale at Mos Burgers nationwide from May 21, 2020 (Thursday)-

Arrived at the shop. Due to the declaration of emergency, Mos Burger had its opening hours and offerings changed at each store, and the stores we visited offered only takeout.

So, I bought the Moslice Burger Ebi Tenmentai and the Moslice Burger Tenbantai [Shrimp and Kakiage] as takeout, so I will try it immediately.

Moslice Burger Ebi Tenmentai size is about half of the total length of 143.6mm.

The height is like this. The shrimp heaven has more volume than the rice plate.

When I removed the rice plate, two short shrimp heavens were sandwiched. Besides shrimp tempura, grilled seaweed and lettuce from Ariake are also used as ingredients.

The surface of the shrimp heaven is covered with a generous amount of sauce, and you can also see walleye pollack eggs and peppers.

It's a takeout, so it can't be said to be freshly made, but the thick batter had a crispy texture because it was deep-fried. The three textures of the crispy batter, the crispy shrimp, and the mochi-mochi rice plate are exactly the 'tendon'. Mentai taste sauce is a Japanese taste made from kelp extract, sake, mirin, soy sauce, etc. Since it is not strange, only the sauce is not conspicuous and the whole thing is put together.

Mentaiko has a fluffy scent and some chili peppers can be seen, but the spiciness is also 'slightly'. The presence of lettuce may seem a little different, however, because the whole thing is well organized as a 'Japanese' tendon.

Next, let's try the Moslice Burger Well-Burten Tenmentai [Shrimp and Kakiage].

This is a burger with a double fried dish of seafood fried and shrimp tempura.

This one uses one shrimp heaven.

Seafood fried squid contains squid, shrimp, onion, carrot and edamame.

It's a voluminous burger, so it's hard to put all the ingredients in one mouth. The seafood fried carrots, onions, edamame, etc. add the texture and flavor, and the sweetness of vegetables, and the presence of Mentaiko is slightly diminished, but the taste and volume are also highly satisfying. There is no lettuce in here, so you can enjoy a burger made from only fried food straight from the front.

The Moslice Burger Ebi Tenmentai taste is 454 yen (excluding tax), and the Moslice Burger Yokubari Tenmentai flavor [Ebi Tokakiage] is 482 yen (excluding tax), and is offered for a limited time until mid-July.
