On January 13, 2020, Telling suddenly posted on Twitter, 'I had a good time last night! This is a picture of me undergoing an examination in the emergency room (ER) because of a tachycardia with a heart rate of 120 BPM. Heart test is fun. '
Last night was fun. This is me in the ER because of tachycardia, with a pulse over 120bpm. Heart tests are fun. Pic.twitter.com/rYR8Ctfqn4

He also tweeted that the reason he was tested at the ER was 'because my Apple Watch notified me of an increase in heart rate. This little device I wear on my wrist (Apple Watch) is great.' Along with the tweet is a screenshot of a notification telling the user that their heart rate has exceeded 120 BPM for more than 10 minutes.
This is because my @Apple Watch notified me of an elevated heart rate. This little device I wear on my wrist is amazing. Pic.twitter.com/DrL4xULQzV

He went on to say, 'Thankfully, the test results were not pulmonary embolism . My tachycardia is due to stress and dehydration that may have come from my recent trip. After several infusions. I am very grateful to know that my heart rate has dropped. '
Thankfully, tests showed no pulmonary embolism, and no irregular heart electrical activity. Most likely this is from stress and dehydration from recent travel. Very VERY thankful to hear that because after a few bags of fluids, pulse was down.

'And I want to thank my wife for sending me to the ER and then waiting for me until I leave the hospital at 2am,' he said. I am sending.
HUGE THANKS to my incredible wife, who drove me to the ER and stayed with me until we left at 2am. She is a superstar, and as you can see here, covered in dog. Pic.twitter.com/RBlKDCeOG4

Tachycardia refers to a condition in which the heart rate at rest exceeds 100 BPM, and if it is not urgently consulted by a medical institution and neutralized with drugs, it may have a serious effect on the human body. It can lead to heart failure, stroke and, in the worst case, death. Already in 2020, there have been reports of Apple Watch wearers having tachycardia detected in the same way.

9to5Mac, an Apple-related media that reported on Telling's case, states that 'it shows how powerful the passive health monitoring function of the Apple Watch is.'
You can also receive notifications about your high or low heart rate on your Apple Watch. If you continue to measure your heart rate above or below your set value for more than 10 minutes at rest, you will be notified. This setting value can be changed by the user himself, and can be set from 'My Watch' → 'Heart' in the Apple Watch app.
