Shin-fried is a simple fried potato with salt. Because it has a very firm and crunchy texture, it is recommended for people who like hard fried potatoes. The crunchy feeling persisted even when the fries cooled down, which was a bit different from the cold fried potatoes often found in fast food restaurants.
