When you open the lid, you will see a beef bowl with a different atmosphere from the ordinary Yoshino family. Beef is served until the rice disappears, and white onions are added instead of the usual onions.

The color is darker than the usual Yoshino family beef bowl. The meat is a little thicker and the glossiness of the fats is more than anything else.



As soon as you eat it, the flavor of beef fat spreads in the moment you put it in your mouth. The usual beef bowl has a sweetness and fragrance unique to onions, but the beef weight is dedicated to “savory meat” and the seasoning is “sukiyaki” itself based on soy sauce and sugar.
