A combination of Japanese cream soup & Mentaiko has eaten Marugame noodles “Menta Cream Kamatama” with a spaghetti feeling

Entitled 'Kamadama Udon festival' in Udon specialty stores and Marugame made noodles, two types of 'pollack cream kettle ball,' 'Mentai cheese kettle ball' has emerged. Originally we have eaten and confirmed what kind of changes have occurred by combining “Menta Kamatama”, a classic product of Marugame noodles, with Japanese-style cream soup and cheese.

“Kamatama Udon Festival” will be held from August 27th (Tuesday) with a new flavor of creamy soup and cheese

Arrived at Marugame noodles. The right end of the menu is the “Kamatama Udon Festival”, where various types of Kamatama udon are collected.

This time, we ordered the new products “Menta Cream Kamatama” (average 640 yen) and “Menta Cheese Kamatama” (average 590 yen).

“Menta Cream Kamatama” is characterized by its pure white cream soup.

The moment I saw it, I thought, “Is the pure white combination of udon and cream soup good?”, But the combination of royal roads in spaghetti called “cream sauce and noodles” is also the same flour-based noodles. There is no sense of incongruity. Mentaiko's salty soup goes well with creamy soup, and the meal progresses.

This is 'Menta Cheese Kamatama'

There is no soup, soy sauce is removed. Melted cheese entangled with udon and very thick. However, menta has a very salty taste, and if you add too much soy sauce, the taste will become too thick.
