◆ Work at the factory



From September 2017, I am doing a period work of automobile relations in a factory located in the countryside of Tokyo. Initially I was aiming for direct employment from manufacturers, but it is not adopted anyhow like this either because my resume is so white. While I was disappointed with losing consecutive warfare, I adopted one shot when I tried trying to change through agency company. That is a lot of confusion with that. I worried about various things, but I will not start without trying. The thing is going up to Tokyo to try and working and still continuing. I have been living my life off the rail for a long time but as I am living as a social gear now.

Work is manual labor of blue color. I am busy as long as I do not have time to stop my hand while the line is running. Summer was sweaty. It is not an easy task at all. Because I could predict such things, I was aiming for direct employment, not dispatch, before I started working.

Depending on the employer, dormitory expenses, dormitory miscellaneous expenses, water utilities expenses may not be applied, so please check thoroughly when working in the period engineer. In my environment, the amount of incoming is also large, but the amount to go out is there so much, so I do not get much money as I think. Still, I was only interested in earning, I think that there were only period choices. Even people like me who did not have an academic background, no job history, no qualifications and no skills was able to get the money as it was.

◆ About holidays



Even though we have holiday work, we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Holidays are often factory working days and work normally. Instead, there are large consecutive holidays about three times a year. New Year's holidays, Golden week, Obon vacation will be about 10 days consecutive holidays, so you can stretch wings without thinking about your day-to-day labor.
