"Interplanetary Postal Service" uses the keyboard for operation, so you need to access from PC. Click the "PLAY THE GAME" button on the game page.

The start screen looks something like this. Press any key on the keyboard to start the game.

The transport ship operates in four directions. Press "W" or up arrow key up, "S" or down arrow key to move down, "A" or left arrow key to the left, "D" or right arrow key to the right. The stage clear condition should land on the white "Landing Pad" somewhere on the stage.
