Charlerman has seen a present from Namie Town in Fukushima Prefecture to the recovery from cancellation of the evacuation order

Time that has stopped since the Great East Japan Earthquake and the time when it started to recover. There were two hours in Namie Town in Fukushima Prefecture. Namie Town became a difficult-to-return area throughout the whole city due to the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear accident due to the Great East Japan Earthquake. Because of that influence all the townspeople evacuated, the town is blocked. However, as of the end of March 2017 the evacuation direction for areas with low space radiation dose was lifted. It is said that JR 's driving has also been resumed, so I've been watching the Nagai - machi in Fukushima Prefecture now, using the Bon Festival holidays.

Hello, this is Takuya SAITO @ Charriderman who toured the world by bicycle . At the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake, I was in Senegal, Africa. I realized that I am living in a difficult country again in the Tokai, Nankai and Northeast earthquakes that were not noisy next time. Even so, I am thinking that I would like to serve this country even a little as I was born here. I also want this article to be so.

◆ JR Namie Station - We waited for a brief Bon festival. When I thought that I wanted to go somewhere using "Junpei 18 Ticket" which is an all-you-can-eat ordinary / fast train of JR all-lines, a destination called Fukushima came up. Despite such an accident happening, there is still a controversy that should nuclear plants continue or be abolished. Anyway, I wanted to confirm the facts that happened in Fukushima with this eye, so this time I tried to extend my leg to Tohoku.

Once from the house in the western part of Tokyo, go out into the city center and go to Tsuchiura → Mito → Iwaki with Joban line. It was going smoothly with activity from 5 o'clock in the morning, but the time of the wristwatch that I wore for the first time in a while was behind and I missed the train by myself. Because this wrongful mistake is likely to reduce the time at the destination, Iwaki -> Koriyama -> Fukushima -> Sendai is ahead of Kitakami. On the second day I headed south to Namie Town. Joban line that connects Hamadori of Fukushima Prefecture with Namie Town has few train numbers and alternate bus numbers, so if you use 18 ticks it would be better to plan. If you have a license you may find your car easier. National Route 6 parallel to the Joban Line is restricted within the difficult-to-return area, but all lines are open.

I changed trains at Harunomachi station in Minamisoma city.

First off when I got off at Namie station I was surprised at the scenery. There was a bridge over the track.

The railway line continues from Namie station to the south, but driving is over.

Namie station station building.

Ticket barrier.

The route map which was in the station building is interrupted partway.

We were able to move between the Namie and Tomioka stations, which are in operation, with an alternate bus.

◆ That it was a difficulty to return area <br> Namie Town held a population of approximately 2500 people at the time of the Great East Japan Earthquake. I am convinced the population as I walk around. There were two large supermarkets too. It seems there was McDonald 's. There are also cities whose population is less than 20,000 people, so the town which has more than 20,000 population felt quite large. People have disappeared all at once from the city. And for about seven years the evacuation direction was not canceled.

The city where people disappeared was being swallowed naturally. Japan's climate, which has high humidity in addition to strong sunshine, will degrade everything. The city faded. If signs or signs are metal, rust will progress. In weeds breeding breaking through asphalt, branches of unprinted trees were stretching freely as if attacking the building.

I took many pictures and see, please.

A shopping center called Sun Plaza operated by a local company. It seems there was McDonald's here.

Several buildings of specialty shops were lined to enclose the main merchandise supermarket.

Goto of rental video shop

There was also a 100 yen shop.

Along the National Highway No. 6 is a supermarket in Fukushima Prefecture called York Benimaru.

Before the disaster, there were 100 yen shops, drug stores, home centers. There were a lot of cars parked in the parking lot, but the shop was not empty, it was the base base of construction stakeholders.

Train in convenience store

Petrol station not open

A drinking street in front of the station

Shops that have been hurt by far

It seemed that there was no heart or the building was distorted.

Personal shops where things were cluttered randomly

The time is stopped beyond the window.

Pharmacy store's window

Nutrition drinks left as it is outdoors

Ironworks

primary school

A big hospital

Fire station

A shrine

A house where weeds have been unlimited growth

It was covered with dense green as well. It was an unbelievable sight, but when I looked out my eyes, there was a building in the back.

A house that has been deformed by the earthquake. On the day of the earthquake, Namie Town also seems to shake a lot.

Falled block fence

In a building that will be destroyed, a sticker called "demolished house" was stuck.

The post which the mailing mouth was closed with a cotter tape

Vending machines are also fading.

Coin rice mill

Manhole was also rusty. I do not notice that I live normally, but it would be damaged if I did not add a person's hands.

The streets of the city where people do not feel signs. On the summer day when strong sunlight strikes, only the voices crying insects were heard.

And the other thing that comes in my ears is the wind that blows through the trees rocking the trees' leaves. It was a really quiet world.

I also saw a monitoring post that measures radiation dose in the atmosphere.

Another monitoring post.

I have walked a lot, but this is only a part of Namie Town. It is said that the tsunami got in the coastal shopping district area. A residential area continues also in inland beyond the railroad track. And still many difficult to return areas remain. My chest hurts in the traces of those who lost everyday despite seeing only a part. There was a real that was neither numeric nor character.

◆ For reconstruction - But the evacuation direction has been canceled on March 31, 2017 in the area around Namie station. We resumed activities mainly at public agencies and restaurants, and the time that had stopped since the disaster was moving again. A new color was replacing the faded city.

New Namie Town Office

Temporary shopping district called "Town, Nami · Circle" next to the office

Lawson at convenience stores is also open

Although it could not be eaten because it is a shop holiday, we are concerned about the local gourmet called "Namie yakisoba".

I just eat ice cream. Matsunaga milk is a company in Nami Soma City next to Namie Town. It was a pure white smooth ice cream called 51% raw milk.

Lawson of convenience store is also operating along national highway No. 6. The eating in space support message got hot in my heart.

It is also one other store, but it is a convenience store that is closed 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day.

The branch of the Toho Bank of the regional bank next to Lawson.

A restaurant that was open along national road No. 117. A climbing climb in the wind signs that someone is active.

Vending machine in operation

The new fire station

Police station

post office

Open gas station

Newspaper dealer

The cafe seemed to open even in front of the station

A bicycle parking lot where there was a sense of life though it was just a little

Brand new trash station

The flower that Jizo built was proof that someone lives here.

Message board in front of the station "Let's overcome together, Towards the revival of our lives - The thought for reconstruction to connect to the future" 」.

The damage was great and the time passed much. It will be difficult to return to the level before the earthquake. Still, if there are people who continue to live, the town will continue. I hope to restore Namie Town.

I played the purpose in Namie Town. Continue to Tomioka Town as it is.

·to be continued
