Apparently I seemed to enjoy the rich flavor that I can feel like autumn, so I decided to go to a shop and try to eat it.

I came to Cafe de Cliee. What I visited was the release date of the two items I tried this time, but I have not posted a poster etc for visiting just after opening.


I entered the shop and ordered at once. This time I ordered an ice cafe (regular size: 260 yen including tax) together. A drink set with cake and drink together is also available.


"Pumpkin's Mont Blanc" (400 yen tax included) is a sweet Mont Blanc tailor-made pumpkin cream for aesthetic appearance, a dish using black cocoa sponge and cream.


When you put in a fork, you can cut lightly with a response that is "floating".


Pumpkin cream is as fine as it looks, with a mouth full of pumpkin sweet flavor and texture of the cream that matters. To the pumpkin flavor, the bitterness of black cocoa sponge and fresh cream are mixed, rich flavor and full volume feeling as well. It became a cake that you can sense autumnness from the texture that makes Mont Blanc cake dafty.


By the way, the cross section of the cake looks like this. You can taste pure white cream clogged with gissils as much as you wish.


"Sweet potato cake" (400 yen including tax) is a dish that "Karu Haruka potato" produced in Kagoshima prefecture was used. It's packed with potatoes so tightly that it seems like a mouth-telling texture is transmitted from before eating.


The actual taste is not disappointing expectation, the mouth is in the state of a potato together with the texture that mellow sweet potatoes. Although it became an expression which I could not understand unexpectedly, it became a cake that can taste the flavor of sweet potato full of mouth, while being rich but sweet.
