Of course, I ordered 2 new spring cake items "Orange of the Sun" and "Matcha Mizuwa". Within 10 minutes from the order, we arrived at the same time including coffee.

Orange slices are tightly packed.


Orange of the sun has a five layer structure of mousse, sponge, mousse, cocoa sponge on the layer of orange slice & jam on the surface.


The fork enters smoothly.


When eating with the whole layer of 5 layers, the orange sourness and smooth mousse spread into the mouth, and finally the cocoa sponge tightens with a splendid harmony.


Orange slice has little sour taste, you can enjoy the texture firmly.


Mousse has reduced the sweetness against the sour taste of orange jam and it is a bit different from the sweet cake.
