G:

Muroya:
I agree. I think that teams that can remain in Final 4, have been able to enter the top three. Looking back on the 2015 season, I think that there is no doubt that the speed of one shot, such as Chiba's course record and Las Vegas's preliminary selection top, is certain. However, it seems to be difficult to qualify for this in qualifying, round of 14, round of 8, final 4. What is the difficulty of consistent time alignment?

Muroya:
Last time I finished in the final 4 is settled in the second half of last year, but in fact the time falls only for the final. That tendency was obvious. There is one hour from the round of 14 to the round of 8, but it is around 5 minutes because there is refueling from the round of 8 to the final 4. So, the final temperature of the engine such as the final 4 is quite different from other flights. There is no difference in the temperature seen in the instruments in the cabinet, but including the preservators without sensors there is a possibility that various items may be overheating, I knew on the way. It is almost ascertained that the cause of stall in Final 4 is the cause.

However, there is still a place where I am not "accustomed to the final", and I could not win it, it is a big factor that I did not reach the victory. I understand now that only Final 4, including various management, is different, but I think that last year it went on without understanding well.

G:
I see. Heat countermeasures are important. Does that mean that it was understood that it remained in Final 4, so what was missing was "experience"?

Muroya:
I agree. I think that it is experience.

G:
The first podium in 2014. In 2015 I went to 3rd place twice. However, I mentioned that "the wall between 3rd and 1st place", can you clear the wall?

Muroya:

However, when it comes to the overall victory, champion, it means "to win constantly", so the aircraft wants another stage (upper level). I want another speed. If it is there, you will not have to force yourself in the race such as taking a course, so you can win with stability. That was our big plan, but since it would not be sweet, I think it's about whether you can attack and attack and win.


G:
If impossible to compensate for the ability of the aircraft, it lacks stability. So you need more speed. Is that a weapon for that purpose winglet?

Muroya:
That's right. Although I was trying to enter, but since there is not yet weapons at the present moment, it is impossible to force the winglet until it introduces the winglet and it is only necessary to grab the win and advance various things even in the state without winglets It is a situation that you have to go.

Do you include the heat countermeasures earlier?

Muroya:

Muroya:

Muroya:

When you flight next time, what is the state when you are turning in the air and waiting?

Muroya:
The waiting time is roughly three and a half minutes. Because takeoff is being controlled. There is a setup of the engine by going up in the air, and in some cases, we will also let the engine fully open and reduce the fuel to the limit. Of course, if the temperature rises too much, I will squeeze (throttle) this time to cool down. Also, I am busy with the feeling of preparing for the wind and entering the race. To some extent, after warming up to G to race condition, it is my way to leave physical strength and wait still.

G:
There is a favorable disadvantage though the direct confrontation has precedence (the player who has a slow time) and the back attack (the fast time player).

Muroya:
It is overwhelming advantageous backward attack. Because I fly by listening to time.

G:
Is it possible to change strategy?

Muroya:
Yes. Later attack is more advantageous, is not it?

G:
In the cockpit image during the race, Muroya seems to be shouting "shouting" such as "ha", "ho", etc. I do not know what that is doing for that purpose.

Muroya:
There is a moment when concentration stops for a moment during the race. Because I do not have concentration for one minute. We have to repartition once for each sector, from here to here. G:
About the winglet you are about to introduce newly, it is said to be "1 second faster", but what are the specific merits and demerits?

Muroya:
The advantage is that the resistance drops considerably by stopping "wing tip vortex" at the end of the wing. It works especially when G is applied such as turning. The speed of turning will be raised, and naturally acceleration will improve. The escape speed from turning increases. The disadvantage is that increasing the physical area increases the resistance and the linear speed drops.


G:
Does that mean that you took turning ability at the expense of linear speed?

Muroya:
I agree. Because the turning time is longer during the race. As a result of simulation all, it means that we arrived at twice the length.

G:
